Casino Country Manager – Spain
The Casino Country Manager - Spain will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing business growth strategies that will expand the Glitnor and OneCasino brand’s reach in Spain whilst increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Market Expansion & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue generation in the whole Spanish territory.
- Identify new business opportunities to establish the brand as a dominant player in the market.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure full adherence to Spanish gaming and betting regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and local authorities.
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure a seamless and engaging gaming and betting experience.
- Streamline processes to drive efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.
Financial Performance & P&L Management:
- Full country Casino P&L responsibility focusing on revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Implement strategic initiatives to maximise profitability and ensure long-term sustainability.
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
- Align the local brand strategy together with the Marketing team and create a action plans to make sure things happen as planned
- Working closely with the Marketing Team to assist in developing and implementing effective and profitable conversion and retention campaigns to feed into the overall global business strategy
- Liaising with the Marketing Team to develop commercial relationships with potential acquisition partners, including, but not limited to, affiliates and media groups specific to Spain monitoring key metrics such as customers acquired, cost per acquisition and return on investment.
- Working together with the Marketing Team to shape the local calendar of events and promotions
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Ensure an excellent user experience and achieve the defined customer satisfaction standards
- Design and execute strategies to increase player retention and improve overall user experience.
- Analyse player behaviour and market trends to refine customer engagement initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Ensure alignment with global company standards and best practices.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Alliances:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including affiliates, payment providers, and local partners.
- Explore collaboration opportunities to enhance market reach and business growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic business decisions.
- Monitor market trends and player insights to optimize performance and growth strategies.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting for the market across key customer and business metrics
WHO ARE YOU?
- Direct experience of the Spanish gaming market
- A strong communicator in English and have perfect Spanish language skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Lifetime Value and mapping the customer journey
- Strong understanding and experience of online marketing
- Proven track record of executing creative and highly efficient marketing campaigns
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, financial forecasting, and revenue optimisation.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret market insights effectively.
