One Day Volunteering For Each Team Member
Glitnor Group is proud to offer each team member one day off annually to volunteer. This not only connects and engages us with good causes in the communities in which we live and work, but also promotes a healthy work-life balance amongst the team.
Environmental Activities
Glitnor is proud to have taken part in industry-wide environmental activities organised by iGen including beach cleanups on the beautiful Maltese coastline.
Mental Health Awareness
The Group was proud to observe its first 'Mindful May' in 2024, a month devoted to raising awareness of mental health issues both at work and in the wider community. A Gratitude Board was instigated, which saw a huge level of engagement from those comfortable with sharing, providing warmth and inspiration throughout the month and beyond. The team also 'wore it green' during the month to join in global efforts to promote awareness.
Physical Health & Team Events
A proud co-sponsor of IFR Games in Malta, Glitnor promotes physical wellbeing both on a team and individual level. During our themed month of March, team members were invited to 'March Into Wellness' by counting and collating their steps and physical activities. A wellbeing benefit is also available to all new starters, recurring annually.
On a team level, the Glitnor Gladiators have competed in many, many sports throughout the year, with the firm motto that 'it is the taking part that counts'!
Flexible & Hybrid Working
The Group is committed to offering both flexible and hybrid working, wherever possible, to ensure the best work-life balance for all team members. Working part of the week from home and part of the year from abroad, if so desired, is available in many roles. We believe that our team is best energised when leading a full life outside the office and strive to facilitate this.

Charitable Causes
The team eagerly participates in a variety of charity events throughout the year, including Pink October and 'Lots of Socks' for World Down Syndrome Day, with the business donating a sum for everyone who takes part.
