We are looking for a Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our growing team.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Supporting the Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll help execute email, SMS, and social media campaigns that boost engagement and retention. You'll also contribute to SEO efforts through performance tracking with tools like Google Analytics and Semrush. This role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What will you be doing?
- Email Marketing & CRM: Support setup, testing, and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns using tools like Jira and Fasttrack; ensure campaign accuracy and timely execution
- Social Media Management: Plan and schedule content (mainly via Meta); coordinate localized assets and monitor performance to drive engagement.
- SEO & Performance Tracking: Assist with keyword research and on-page SEO tasks; track traffic and campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
- Customer Review Management: Respond to reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and Google; escalate feedback and identify trends to support customer experience improvements.
- Campaign Optimization & Retention: Help refine automated campaigns for retention and churn prevention;support bonus campaigns and contribute ideas for personalized engagement.
Who are you?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish or Dutch is a plus).
- Familiar with CRM platforms (especially Fasttrack) and project management tools like Jira.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
- Previous experience in email marketing or CRM is essential.
- Experience with social media marketing is an advantage.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a growth mindset and a passion for digital marketing.
