We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team, based in Malta.

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our operations by monitoring, analysing, and implementing regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with various internal departments to foster a culture of compliance and support the organisation in maintaining its licenses. Your expertise will ensure that our policies and procedures are not only up-to-date but also reflective of best practices in the gaming industry.

What will you be doing?

• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on our operations
• Policy Development: Draft, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with licensing conditions and regulatory standards.
• Licensing Administration: Manage the administration of licensing applications and maintain all necessary documentation for regulatory bodies.
• Liaison and Support: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, addressing compliance-related queries and facilitating communication with regulatory agencies.
• Audit Assistance: Collaborate with internal audit teams to review results, ensuring that any compliance failures are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Due Diligence Management: Oversee due diligence requests from third parties, ensuring thorough and timely responses.
• Training and Guidance: Work with the Customer Support (CS) Team and Training Team to develop and enhance training programs on responsible gaming (RG), anti-money laundering (AML), and security protocols.
• Reporting Compliance: Ensure that all required reports are submitted to relevant gaming authorities within stipulated deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Commit to the ongoing enhancement of compliance practices and processes across the organization.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; regulatory compliance-related qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the gambling or iGaming sector
• Fluency in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships across teams.
• A self-motivated team player with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
