Swintt is part of the Glitnor Group, which has enjoyed rapid growth since its foundation in 2018, and now has over 200 team members representing more than 20 nationalities. The company has B2B, B2C and acquisition/lead generation arms, with physical locations in Sweden, Malta, Bulgaria and Spain, and also a number of remote team members around the world.
We are in the process of expanding our technical integrations team, with a primary focus on being the technical contact for our expanding portfolio of new B2B clients being onboarded, setting them up, investigating and providing assistance to facilitate their integration effort into our systems.
This role is ideal for a candidate who is currently into technical integration development and 2nd line support looking to further their career.
What will you be doing?
- Familiarising yourself with the Swintt RGS
- Gain extensive knowledge into the Swintt native API offerings.
- Setting up of new operators integrating towards the Swintt native API
- Act as an owner for the assigned operators integrating towards our B2B platform - from initial set up, right up to go-live
- Proactively provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
- Ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during hyper care.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, categorise and escalate to the internal tech. team when required.
- Be the technical reference point to the internal tech. team during the integration process.
- Document all work through tickets and assist in the growth and maintenance of the company’s knowledge base.
- Document procedures, how-to and any other items as required for internal operation.
- Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement best practices.
Who are you?
- Strong fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of AWS Systems including JSON
- Knowledge of RDBMSs for example MariaDB
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with internal systems like JIRA and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of Gaming Platforms, JavaScript (Node + React) will be considered a strong asset.
- Past-experience in Customer Service in a technical background setup within iGaming would be considered an asset.
