We are seeking a mid–senior level Procurement Manager to join a regulated gaming business based in Gibraltar, with operational exposure to Gibraltar and the rest of the group. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, responsible for delivering robust, compliant, and commercially effective procurement across the organization.

The Role

You will own end-to-end procurement activity, working closely with Management, Finance, Legal, and our operational teams to ensure suppliers, contracts, and spend are managed effectively within a regulated gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle procurement across technology, software, marketing, professional services, facilities, and operational spend.

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve best value, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Work closely with CFO, Management and the finance department to control spend, monitor budgets, and deliver cost optimization initiatives, including re-negotiating contracts.

• Oversee supplier onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing performance management in line with Gibraltar and Malta gaming regulatory expectations.

• Manage contracts, SLAs, renewals, and commercial terms, ensuring appropriate risk controls and audit trails.

• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, controls, and governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent in English

Highly Desirable

• Experience in the gaming sector, fintech, or similar regulated industry.

• Working knowledge of Gibraltar and/or Malta regulatory and procurement processes.

• Professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS) or equivalent experience.
