Procurement Manager
We are seeking a mid–senior level Procurement Manager to join a regulated gaming business based in Gibraltar, with operational exposure to Gibraltar and the rest of the group. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, responsible for delivering robust, compliant, and commercially effective procurement across the organization.
The Role
You will own end-to-end procurement activity, working closely with Management, Finance, Legal, and our operational teams to ensure suppliers, contracts, and spend are managed effectively within a regulated gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle procurement across technology, software, marketing, professional services, facilities, and operational spend.
Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve best value, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with CFO, Management and the finance department to control spend, monitor budgets, and deliver cost optimization initiatives, including re-negotiating contracts.
Oversee supplier onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing performance management in line with Gibraltar and Malta gaming regulatory expectations.
Manage contracts, SLAs, renewals, and commercial terms, ensuring appropriate risk controls and audit trails.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, controls, and governance.

Strong hands-on experience with supplier negotiation, contract management, and spend control.
Comfortable operating at a mid–senior level, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English
Highly Desirable
Experience in the gaming sector, fintech, or similar regulated industry.
Working knowledge of Gibraltar and/or Malta regulatory and procurement processes.
Professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS) or equivalent experience.
