We are looking for a CRM & Content Coordinator to join our Spanish team
In this role, you will assist in setting up, writing, and executing email, SMS, and social media campaigns to ensure our communications are accurate, engaging, and delivered on time. You will work closely with our Head of CRM & Content, Senior CRM Specialist, Data Analyst, Country Manager Spain, and other stakeholders to optimize campaign performance, improve customer retention, and contribute to our overall marketing strategies. Additionally, you will support SEO Content initiatives, including keyword research and performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Semrush.
The position will be based and resident in Melilla for a minimum of 6 months yearly, but you can also combine this by being based at our offices in Marbella / Barcelona 6 months yearly.
What will you be doing?
Email Marketing and CRM Management
- Assist in planning, setting up, and scheduling marketing email and SMS campaigns using tools like Jira and Fast Track for the Spanish market.
- Collaborate with the CRM Team to ensure all campaign details are accurate and tested before launch.
- Provide excellent content writing in Spanish.
Social Media Management
- Take initiative in planning and scheduling social media content across markets, primarily via Meta.
- Coordinate with content and translation teams to ensure timely delivery of localized assets.
- Monitor engagement and suggest new campaign ideas.
- Provide excellent content writing in Spanish.
Campaign Optimization and Retention Strategy
- Assist in optimizing automated campaigns for retention and churn prevention using Fast Track.
- Support retention initiatives by creating automated bonus campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance player engagement through personalized communication and content.
SEO Support and Performance Tracking
- Support keyword research for the Spanish market and contribute light SEO content tasks.
Who are you?
- Native level Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Fast Track, and project management tools like Jira and Trello is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong interest in Content Writing.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, or Ahrefs is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
