Swintt is part of the Glitnor Group, which has enjoyed rapid growth since its foundation in 2018, and now has over 200 team members representing more than 20 nationalities. The company has B2B, B2C and acquisition/lead generation arms, with physical locations in Sweden, Malta, Bulgaria and Spain, and also a number of remote team members around the world.
Swintt is growing – and we’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to take the lead on all things marketing. This is a hands-on, standalone role ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic ownership and day-to-day execution. You'll craft creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive brand visibility, product engagement, and commercial success across global markets.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll have the autonomy to shape Swintt’s marketing direction while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
What will you be doing?
- Own the end-to-end marketing function for Swintt, acting as a one-person powerhouse across strategy, execution, and optimisation.
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to elevate the brand and support commercial goals.
- Manage the marketing budget across media, partnerships, events, merchandise, and paid campaigns—optimising for ROI.
- Coordinate all game launch materials, ensuring on-time delivery across marketing assets and communications.
- Oversee digital presence, including content and campaign updates to the Swintt website.
- Run social media marketing – from content calendars to execution and reporting.
- Handle paid advertising and media buying, continuously improving performance.
- Manage relationships with streamers and influencers, securing visibility and engagement in key markets.
- Drive Swintt’s presence at industry events, coordinating planning, branding, and execution.
- Collaborate with freelancers and external agencies to produce on-brand visuals and campaign materials.
- Lead PR distribution, including press releases, editorials, and external media opportunities.
- Analyse KPIs and marketing data, producing actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Grow direct-to-customer marketing through creative partnerships with streamers, affiliates, tournaments, and media outlets.
- Manage and coordinate branded merchandise, from budgeting to logistics.
Who are you?
- Experienced marketer with a proven background in the iGaming industry.
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Skilled across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams and with external partners.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative, adaptable, and always looking for new ways to engage audiences.
