We are looking for Senior Casino Coordinator to join our growing team.
As a Senior Casino Coordinator you are responsible for overseeing all technical integrations, updates, and maintenance of our games catalogue to ensure a smooth and seamless gaming experience for our players. You work closely with the front and backend development teams to troubleshoot any issues and ensure that all business operations are functioning at their best.
What will you be doing?
- Actively work with the Games Team in their daily activities as and when needed.
- Take ownership of the Games catalogue and Games release process and technical game provider integrations.
- Maintain and update shared documentation for Gaming Services and ensure all game-related data is correctly updated prior to release.
- Ensure full compliance of the Games catalogue across jurisdictions.
- Provide assistance for internal and external Gaming processes.
- Tech related tasks/issues/integrations.
- Act as 2nd line support for game-related issues.
- Continuously test and review products to ensure all content is correct and functioning properly - Support game releases and testing (staging and production)
- Maintain a professional business relationship with our third-party providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, operations teams, and compliance
Who are you?
- Strong fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Customer Focus: excellent understanding of customer experience and the ability to align integration solutions with business goals to enhance user satisfaction.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong technical know-how and used to work with tech teams.
- Excellent understanding of games management.
- Experience working with internal systems like JIRA and Confluence
- Past-experience with portfolio management of the Live Casino vertical would be considered as a big plus.
