Commercial Director
Swintt is looking for an exceptional Commercial Director to lead our commercial division and drive strategic growth from our base in Malta. This transformative role will play a key role in shaping Swintt’s future.

Swintt is part of the Glitnor Group, which has enjoyed rapid growth since its foundation in 2018, and now has over 200 team members representing more than 20 nationalities. The company has B2B, B2C and acquisition/lead generation arms, with physical locations in Sweden, Malta, Bulgaria and Spain, and also a number of remote team members around the world.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets aligned with company objectives.
- Lead our Account Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to excel, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Drive global client relationships, focusing on sustained growth across our client base alongside specific growth of key accounts.
- Lead strategic negotiations and deal-making to secure partnerships that are financially rewarding and aligned with Swintt's business objectives.
- Drive the execution of strategic commercial plans, exceeding budget targets and overseeing budget creation.
- Create and implement OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across commercial function.
- Create robust business cases for new projects and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to support Commercial functions across the business.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise commercial strategies based on market and competitor insights.
- Design an innovative incentive compensation program that aligns with commercial and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with People Ops to address talent gaps, optimise headcount, and maintain controlled operational expenses.
- Foster strong cross-departmental relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration between commercial, compliance, technical, and product teams.
- Create detailed and insightful reports for C-suite and group company board, with direct engagement with Group CEO and board when required.
- Serve as a trusted partner to operators by knowledge sharing and building valuable connections.
- Improve and oversee process flows and procedures to maximize efficiency and performance.
Who are you?
- 5+ years of B2B commercial experience in the iGaming industry, specifically with significant senior Account Management experience.
- Significant, and demonstrable experience of driving revenue growth across a diverse network of clients.
- Connected to the most important and leading casino operators in the industry, with ability to leverage network for maximum commercial benefit.
- Proven experience in People Management, with a strong ability to lead, inspire, and drive performance within commercial teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
- Well-networked with a strong industry presence, actively engaging with media to enhance the company's visibility and promote its products.
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver in-depth, data-driven insights directly to the CEO.
- Strong organisational skills - capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- A natural talent for inspiring others with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable to present to senior management with passion and dedication.
- Thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments and is eager to contribute to an innovative company journey.
