We are looking for an Affiliate Manager - location to be based in Gibraltar.
Ready to drive success and lead our affiliate partnerships? We’re looking for someone with a passion for collaboration, negotiation, and data-driven strategies to join our growing team!
You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our affiliate network. You will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing key affiliate partnerships, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI. Your expertise in iGaming, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of affiliate marketing will be instrumental in securing strategic deals and maximizing brand exposure.
What will you be doing?
- Identify new affiliate partners, negotiate deals and optimize existing collaborations to maximize sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring needs are met and that our channels are seen as a valuable marketing asset.
- Cross-promotions, upselling and increasing user engagement to boost revenue.
- Build solid relationships with affiliates, communicate regularly to support their success.
- Review an Restructure existing deals, analyse trends and pinpoint growth opportunities to stay ahead of the game.
- Manage affiliate payments, ensure smooth operations with finance.
- Championing Due Diligence and supporting team needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, creating regular reports for the CMO aligned with KPIs and business goals.
- Keep our website up to date glitnoraffiliates.com with regular engaging content.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in a Senior Affiliate position within the iGaming industry.
- You offer experience working within the Swedish and Finnish market.
- You are data driven and enjoy diving into data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of online casino with a good understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Strong network and existing partnerships with key affiliates.
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Skilled at building solid relationships with affiliates, partners, and team members to drive exceptional results.
