We are looking for Head of CRM to join our growing team.
We are looking for an experienced Head of CRM to drive strategic direction, operational excellence and lead team development. In this role, you will directly oversee the CRM team, ensuring the creation and execution of innovative CRM strategies while managing operational efficiency.
What will you be doing?
- Strong senior CRM Experience working within the Swedish market and bonus heavy markets within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of delivering growth through promotion and retention strategies.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the CRM team, driving not only day-to-day operations but also growth and development to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
- Leading the strategic vision for CRM initiatives, ensuring they align with overarching business goals.
- Forward-thinking approaches to elevate customer engagement and streamline operational processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Support CMO and CGO in the management of bonus costs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM initiatives and refine strategies accordingly.
Who are you?
- Strong background in CRM ideally with CRM Management experience, within the Swedish and bonus heavy markets.
- Native Swedish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- You are highly commercial with strong analytical expertise and a proven ability to leverage data and customer insights to deliver impactful results.
- Comfortable managing budgets and financial processes within CRM, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Expertise in planning and managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong ability to execute and evaluate performance against key metrics.
