Responsible Gaming Support Agent - Swedish
We're actively seeking a Responsible Gaming Support Agent - Swedish market to join our passionate team in our picturesque seafront offices in the heart of Sliema!
You'll be a pivotal force within our Compliance Team, championing Responsible Gaming across the board, from Customer Service to Marketing and Technical enhancements that support and promote Responsible Gaming. Outbound interactions to ensure players are playing within their means and liaise with the Customer Care Team to support with all escalations relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers in all our Licensed markets specifically, SGA. Get ready to make a real impact!
What will you be doing?
- Ensure Compliance with Responsible Gaming Legislative Requirements.
- Outbound contacts with players to ensure gaming is in control and affordable.
- Carry out Customer Account review using Internal reports and data points/triggers from player accounts.
- Handling RG queries from Support. Swedish focused RG reports.
- Checking customer interaction responses on RG interactions.
- Streamlined support for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes in Sweden.
Who are you?
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in both English and Swedish.
- You offer experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
- You have a good understand and knowledge of Swedish gaming regulations.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, operating with the highest levels of honesty and integrity.
- You are a resilient individual with a positive outlook, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- You consistently seek ways to enhance and innovate processes, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach.
