Junior Legal & Compliance Executive
We are looking for a Legal and Compliance superstar to join our Compliance team!
As a Legal & Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our Legal Counsel with day-to-day legal and compliance matters. You will act as a support function across the group, liaising with different departments and stakeholders. This role provides a great opportunity to learn and develop, with exposure across different area's within our company.
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Document checking for due diligence.
- Handling different administrative tasks.
- Conducting research in accordance with business needs.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance matters.
- Assisting the company with intellectual property matters.
- Supporting the DPO with data protection tasks.
- Liaising with authorities and stakeholders.
Who are you?
- Legal background experience. Experience within the iGaming industry would be a big plus!
- Excellent English communication sills, both verbal and written.
- You are comfortable to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, adapting easily to change with a ‘can-do’ approach.
- You are a motivated and committed individual, who loves learning and has good attention to detail.
- You are a good at multitasking with good analytical skills.
- You are comfortable with documentation and ad-hoc duties.
